NEW YORK CITY-Independent Diplomat, a not-for-profit organization, has inked a lease for 5,000 square feet or the whole sixth floor of the building located at 45 E. 20th Street for seven years. Asking rent for the location was $34 per square foot. Abner Properties is the owner of the building.
