ORLANDO-HREC Investment Advisors has completed the sale of Radisson WorldGate Resort Hotel, a 426-guestroom property in Kissimmee. Lamco, LLC, an affiliate of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. is the seller of Radisson WorldGate Resort Hotel.
The property, located near Walt Disney World, contains 25,000 square feet of meeting space, sports courts, two swimming pools and other amenities.
