NEW YORK CITY-Diane von Furstenberg, a luxury womenswear brand, has leased 10,500 square feet or the entire 11th floor of an office building located at 252 W. 37th Street for five years. Asking rent for the space was mid $20s. As per the deal, the firm will occupy some space on the 14th floor of the 140,000-square-foot building.
