CHELSEA, NY-NABET CWA Local 61 has signed a lease for 11 years with Joss Realty Partners for 3,356 square feet at 229 West 28th Street in Chelsea. The union, which currently occupies 5,000 square feet at 80 West End Avenue, will take the fourth-floor space in the new location.
Asking rent was roughly $32 per square foot. Coldwell Banker Commercial Hunter Phoenix's Michael Okun and David Danick represented the tenant, while Winoker Realty Company's Barry Bernstein represented the owner in the deal. For the full story, go to New York Observer .
