NEW YORK CITY-The New York Blood Center has completed two separate lease deals in Union Square and near Grand Central Terminal. The nonprofit has renewed its lease for 2,700 square feet of office space at 853 Broadway in Union Square for five years.
Last summer, the nonprofit subleased 25,858 square feet of space at 125 Park Avenue near Grand Central for its headquarters. Cassidy Turley negotiated both leases on behalf of the center. For the full story, go to New York Observer .
