LAKE WORTH, FL-Israel-based PC Townhomes, LLC has acquired Palm Club Apartments, a 160-unit townhome community at 2425 2nd Ave. N. in Lake Worth, from a court-appointed receiver for $7.8 million. Palm Club Townhomes was 90% occupied at closing.
The townhome community traded for $48,750 per unit. The two-story townhomes were constructed in 1993. Calum Weaver, Robert Given and Richard Tarquinio with CB Richard Ellis represented the court-appointed receiver in the deal. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
