CORAL GABLES, FL-TAZ Partners LLC and the Mas Group of Companies have started construction on The Building, a 58,000-square-foot office structure on Ponce de Leon Boulevard in Coral Gables. Zubi Advertising and the Mas Group of Companies will move their home offices to the new building next year.
Alberto J. Perez from AJP Ventures is the developer of the building. In the Zubi lease, Transwestern's Peter Harrison represented the tenant, while Transwestern's Laurel Oswald and Walter Robison represented the building. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
