WASHINGTON, DC-Grosvenor Americas has inked two new restaurant leases in the 19th St. NW area in Dupont Circle. Manhattan-based Boqueria will occupy 5,331 square feet at 1837 M St. NW and Irish Whiskey will take over 3,815 square feet of space at 1207 19th St. NW.

Boqueria will take over the former Penang space and Irish Whiskey will occupy the former Porters space in Dupont. Matthew Skalet and Stephen Combs with KLNB Retail represented the owner in the deal. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
