NEW YORK CITY-Insurance firm XL Global Services has expanded its lease to 76,600 square feet by signing an additional 5,600 square feet at 1 World Financial Center for seven years. Asking rent for the additional space on the 22nd floor of the tower was $62 per square foot. Brookfield Properties is the owner of the office property.
