CLEARWATER, FL-BayCare Health System has signed a lease expansion deal at Colonial Center Bayside II. The health care network has added 13,556 square feet to its existing space at the office building situated at 17755-17757 U.S. 19 N in Clearwater.
The property is owned by DRA Advisors/Colonial Properties Trust. With the new lease, BayCare Health System's total square footage at the building has reached 60,749 square feet. CB Richard Ellis' Clay Wommack represented the owner in the deal. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
