CHICAGO-The Carson's restaurant owners have sold the River North location for an amount of $4.6 million with plans to re-open the restaurant in a new retail development. The sale of Carson's River North site is part of its deal with Barrett Visionary Development LLC to construct a two-story building on the 15,233-square-foot parcel at 612 N. Wells St.
