ROCKVILLE, MD-Choice Hotels International Inc. of Silver Spring, which intended to move its home office to Rockville, has officially signed a lease for 130,000 square feet at Rockville Town Center. The company will relocate to Rockville Metro Plaza II, a brand new building, when its current lease deal expires in 2013.
