
SEATTLE-California-based real estate investors have purchased a 14-story First Hill apartment building in Seattle. An associate of San Mateo-based Acacia Capital has acquired 1000 Eighth Avenue, a 351-unit apartment complex, for approximately $61 million.
The property was sold by Bascom Northwest, a multifamily real estate investment firm based in San Francisco. Bascom bought the apartment complex in 2004 for an amount of $37 million. For the full story, go to Seattle Times .
