BOCA RATON, FL-Equity Office's affiliate has sold its four-floor office tower called 1200 Corporate Place in Boca Raton to Keystone Property Group for $15.3 million. The 137,021-square-foot building is situated on a 5.3-acre land located at 200 N. Federal Highway. The property, which includes a two-floor parking structure, is currently 60% leased.
