NEW YORK CITY-Pine River Capital Management, a global asset management firm based in Minnesota, has leased 25,125 square feet at 590 Madison Ave. The firm, which currently occupies 7,000 square feet on the 37th floor, will take the entire 38th floor of the building.
Asking rent was $130 per square foot. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Joe Messina and Daniel Posy of Studley, while Jeffrey M. Sussman with Edward J. Minskoff Equities represented the landlord in-house. For the full story, go to New York Post .
