NEW YORK CITY-The Empire State Building, a 1,454-foot-high building, is now attracting global companies. People's Daily Online has signed a lease for 3,025 square feet of space at the building.
A $550-million campaign to revive and modernize the Empire State Building has made tenants to sign new lease at the building. In the lease deal, the tenant was represented by CB Richard Ellis' Yuan Tang and Clyde Reetz, while the building was represented by Newmark Knight Frank's Ryan Kass and William Cohen.
