SEATTLE-Regence BlueShield has placed its Seattle headquarters on the market for sale without an asking price. According to King County records, the value of the building along with land was $59 million in 2010. As one-third of the 312,716-square-foot building is vacant, the company decided to sell the property and lease back the required space.
Pacific Real Estate Partners' Lori Hill, Ann Chamberlin and Stuart Williams are handling the sale of the 15-story building located at 800 Ninth Avenue. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
