KANSAS CITY, KS-The Overland Park Planning Commission has approved renovation as well as expansion plans for the world headquarters of Black & Veatch at Lamar Avenue and 114th Street. The engineering firm will start construction on a 12,300-square-foot entrance and Innovation Pavilion early next year.
