LINCOLNSHIRE, IL-The US division of Sysmex Corp. is relocating its US headquarters from Mundelein to Lincolnshire. The company has signed a lease for 15 years for an entire four-story office tower measuring 162,739 square feet at 555 Aptakisic Road.
Sysmex has also leased a 146,850-square-foot industrial facility just across the street. Asking rent for the Lincolnshire building was nearly $19 per square foot. Peter Kelly and Steven Kling with Colliers International handled the lease deals. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
