NEW YORK CITY-Manhattan-based Time Equities has acquired three retail units in the Cove Club, a 157,585-square-foot building in Battery Park City. The company has seized the three retail condominiums in the nine-story residential building at 2 South End Ave. for $3.6 million.

The three condos are currently occupied by North American Youth Ballet, South Cove French Cleaners and the Kumon Learning Center. The seller was represented by Massey Knakal, while the buyer had in-house representation in the deal. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
