BALTIMORE-Under Armour Inc., a sports apparel firm, has closed a deal with Hull Point LLC to purchase its Tide Point headquarters at 1000-1050 Hull St. in Locust Point for an amount of $58 million. The company completed the deal on July 6 to purchase 14.6 acres of land and several buildings in the South Baltimore business park.
