CALIFORNIA, PA-The Redevelopment Authority of Washington County has announced that a Hampton Inn & Suites will be constructed in California, Pennsylvania, with opening scheduled in 2012 fall. The $10.2 million worth hotel featuring 84 rooms, a restaurant and banquet hall will be situated on a five-acre site in the California Technology Park.
California Hotel Associates Inc. will buy the parcel from the Washington County Redevelopment Authority for an undisclosed price. According to the park marketing materials, the listing price is $50,000 per acre. For the full story, go to Pittsburgh Business Times .
