DUSSELDORF, GERMANY-Valad has leased a warehouse space measuring 48,986 square feet at Harkortstrasse 12-32, a 138,273-square-foot property in Ratingen, Dusseldorf, to Cotton On, an Australian retail company. Cotton On has agreed to lease the warehouse space for three years to set up its main distribution center.
Cotton On will join Creativ Messebau, NSK Deutschland and NGK Spark Plug Europe at the estate. Realogis, Dusseldorf advised Valad on the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
