DALLAS-An office building in Addison is facing a foreclosure threat from its lender, Sterling Bank. As per the county records, the bank paid $10 million mortgage on the property in 2008. Behringer Harvard is the owner of the 5050 Quorum property located at the Dallas North Tollway and Quorum Drive. The company is in discussion with the lender for a satisfactory resolution.
The 134,000-square-foot property was acquired by Behringer Harvard in 2004. The property, constructed in 1981, is 50% occupied. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
