SCOTTSDALE, AZ-GovNet Inc., a telecommunications company based in Phoenix, has acquired a flex facility measuring 32,766 square feet at 7835 E. McClain Dr. in Scottsdale for an amount of $3.6 million. The facility was sold by Scottsdale-based 78 McClain LLC.
The McLain property was built in 1996. Kyle Westfall, Pat Harlan and Steve Sayre with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc. represented the seller in the deal. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
