PORTLAND, OR-The 16-million Killingsworth Station project is about to be completed. The condo project, which is coming up at 1455 N. Killingsworth St. on the Interstate Max line, is expected to be opened on the third week of September.
Winkler Development has started renovating the project's 57 units this week. The project, packed with water and energy saving features, will also include a 9,000-square-foot retail space.
