COLLEGE PARK, MD-UDR Inc. has announced that it will build an apartment complex comprising 256 units in College Park, Maryland. A joint venture of the REIT based in Highlands Ranch will construct the $62 million apartment complex called Domain College Park.
The construction site is situated adjacent to the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. In June 2011, UDR completed the acquisition of an apartment complex in Washington, DC for $104 million. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
