HOUSTON-Retail Properties Group has signed several office leases and has retail deals underway at its Cypresswood Crossing project situated at 16000 Stuebner Airline. The company has recently finished a $4 million improvement to split the 90,000-square-foot property into office and retail.
The five-story office portion is 84% occupied and the retail portion is 10% occupied. New office leases totalling 6,580 square feet have been closed and retail leases are underway.
