IRVINE, CA-Irvine-based Great Far East Inc. has paid nearly $56.5 million for an Irvine Spectrum office building. The company has acquired the nine-story, 210,000-square-foot office building at 7700 Irvine Center Drive located near the Santa Ana (I-5) Freeway from American Spectrum Realty Inc.
The office building, which traded for roughly $270 per square foot, is nearly 80% occupied. Yard House USA Inc. houses its headquarters in the 7700 Spectrum building. CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. brokers handled the sale. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal .
