MILWAUKEE-Four companies, owned by Milwaukee-based Ubela Holdings LLC, are relocating to an industrial building measuring 53,400 square feet 6711 W. Good Hope Road in Milwaukee. Ubela is moving Diamond Woodworks, CIS Corp., Green Tree Designs and Hope Shelter into the Good Hope Road building to reduce operations costs.
Ubela will start the Milwaukee facility with nearly 25 employees and will increase the number to approximately 40 by 2012. Bill Quinlivan of Milwaukee-based Siegel-Gallagher Inc. negotiated the lease deal on behalf of Ubela. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee .
