BOCA RATON, FL-Tulepan Management and Development, LLC has closed a new lease deal in Boca Raton. Boca Regional Hospital has signed a 10-year lease for 4,500 square feet of space at the Somerset Shoppes situated on Lyons Road and Glades Road.
