PHOENIX-Chicago-based Core Campus Communities has purchased a prime real estate property located southwest of Sun Devil Stadium for an amount of $4.75 million. The company has plans to construct a student housing and retail project on the site.
San Diego-based Constellation Property Group proposed a condo project named Lumina Tempe on the land, but the plan never materialized.
