ALEXANDRIA, VA-Douglas Development Corp., a commercial real estate firm based in Washington, DC, is making a retail center in Old Town Alexandria. The firm, along with McCaffery Interests Inc. based out of Chicago, recently seized 610-612 King St., a retail space measuring 10,000 square feet, for $2.8 million.
