MORRISVILLE, NC-Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania-based Exeter Property Group has paid nearly $9.7 million for a Morrisville warehouse occupied by Anixter. The real property private equity firm has acquired 18 industrial facilities in seven different states from a partnership between American National Insurance Co. and Pinchal & Co.
The warehouse building measuring 163,600 square feet at 120 Trans Air Drive in Morrisville is part of the larger deal. It was constructed in 1997. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
