WOBURN, MA-Cambridge-based Fairlane Properties has purchased an office and industrial structure measuring 172,000 square feet at 275 Wildwood Ave. in Woburn from Boston-based Colony Realty Partners for $16.1 million. The company secured $11.1 million in financing from Brookline Bank for the deal.
The 17-acre property was constructed in 1979. Colony Realty Partners bought the property from an associate of Boston-based Cabot Properties Inc. for $16.3 million. Brokers from CB Richard Elli represented the seller in the deal. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
