CAMBRIDGE, UK-Jagex Ltd. has leased a renovated office building in Cambridge from Invista Real Estate Investment Management. The company has agreed to lease the entire structure totaling 43,774 square feet at Cambridge Science Park for 15 years.
Clients of Invista have leased Building 220 to Jagex, which will pay GBP 22.50 per square foot as rent.
