LONDON-LaSalle Investment Management has purchased a multi-tenant office building in east London. The company has acquired The Corner at 91-93 Farringdon Road from Standard Life for an amount of GBP 9.75 million.

The multi-tenant property, which measures 18,500 square feet, was sold at a 5.6% gross initial yield. Cortex Partners and Richard Susskind represented LaSalle Investment Management, while Michael Elliott represented Standard Life in the sale. For the full story, go to Property Week .
