LEAWOOD, KS-Douthit Frets Rouse Gentile and Rhodes LLC, a law firm based in Kansas City, will sign a lease for 20,000 square feet of space at the Park Place development in Leawood. The law firm will relocate 35 employees from its current location at 903 E. 104th St. to Park Place in summer 2012.
The new building will comprise 46,000 square feet of offices above the ground-floor retail space. Construction and architecture services for the building will be provided by Opus Design/Build. For the full story, go to Kansas City Business Journal .
