BARTLETT, TN-PASSCO Co. LLC, a California-based real estate company, has acquired Legends at Wolfchase, a 300-unit apartment community at 8840 Bristol Park Drive, for $27.82 million. The property was sold by BlackRock Inc., a pension fund adviser based in New York.
The sales price breaks down to about $92,734 per unit. The property was constructed in 2002. Tommy Bronson III and Blake Pera from with CB Richard Ellis Memphis' Multifamily Division negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
