HONOLULU-Unity House Inc. has sold its Lotus at Diamond Head hotel in Honolulu to an investment group based in Japan for $18.5 million. The Japanese investor has acquired the 51-room hotel through N2885 LLC.

Unity House purchased the hotel for $8.5 million in December 2009 and it financed part of the deal with a $5.5-million loan from MK Pacific LLC, a Mainland-based investor group. Honolulu-based NAI Chaney Brooks will serve as the asset manager for N2885 LLC. For the full story, go to Pacific Business News .
