FORT WORTH-Sztamenits Family Trust has acquired an office building measuring 71,800 square feet at 1801 S. Beach Street in Fort Worth. The building changed hands for an undisclosed amount.
The property was sold by Secretariat LLC. The website of Tarrant County Appraisal District reported that a proposed tax value of the 7.25-acre property this year is $1.46 million.
