NEW YORK CITY-Montreal-based Buffalo David Bitton has leased an additional space at 1450 Broadway for its US headquarters. The jeans company has inked a lease for nine years with The Zar Group for 4,100 square feet in the 42-story office tower.
With the new addition, Buffalo David Bitton's total square footage in the office tower has reached 13,170 square feet. Asking rent was $48 per square foot.
