SAN DIEGO-An affiliate of San Francisco-based Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants has acquired the troubled Se Hotel, a 23-story property in Downtown San Diego, from 5th Ave Partners. The 184-room property, located at 1047 Fifth Ave., changed hands for $49 million.
The hotel also comprises an adjacent retail space measuring 31,300 square feet, about 14,300 square feet of meeting space, a 7,000-square-foot deck swimming pool and a 5,500-square-foot spa. CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. handled the sale. For the full story, go to The San Diego Metropolitan .
