LARGO, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has completed the short sale of a multifamily complex in Largo. A partnership based in Houston has sold Chaparral Apartments, a 451,420-square-foot, 444-unit property at 601 East Rosery Road Northeast, to a partnership based in Massachusetts.
