Asking rent was $50 per square foot. Brian Waterman, Daniel Levine and Lance Korman with Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant, while Andrew Peretz, Mikael Nahmias and Robert Constable of Cushman & Wakefield and Marc Packman with Trinity Real Estate represented the ownership in the deal.
