HANOVER, GERMANY-HOCHTIEF Solutions has traded 208 rental apartments in Hanover for more than EUR 60 million. An institutional investor has purchased 37 units at the Loft as you like project on Dreyerstrasse off-plan and 8 houses totaling 72 rental apartments in the upcoming Mosaik Eilenriede project on Mars-la-Tour-Strasse.
AXA Immoresidential has acquired eight buildings containing 90 apartments and two private investors bought one building each at Mosaik Eilenriede. The construction work on Mosaik Eilenriede project will start in summer 2011. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
