TAMPA, FL-Plaza Advisors has closed the sale of a shopping center in Tampa. An entity associated with Phillips Edison and Company has sold Horizon Park Shopping Center, which comprises a 215,713-square-foot net leasable area on Hillsborough Avenue, to an entity affiliated with Forge Capital Partners for $18.9 million.

The center is roughly 91% leased to tenants such as Northern Tool and Equipment, Save A Lot, Guitar Center, Babies R' Us and Office Depot. The seller was represented by Plaza Advisors in the deal. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
