OCALA, FL-Regency Centers has signed a lease for a medical office space at Canopy Oak Center in Ocala. Kennedy Eye Care has leased the medical office space measuring 1,400 square feet at the 95,440-square-foot shopping center at 8075 SW Highway 200.
The Publix supermarket occupies 54,340 square feet at the shopping center. Other tenants in the center include Hair Cuttery and Wells Fargo. Kennedy Eye Care will open the medical office space in fall 2011 for business. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
