CHICAGO-Fannie Mae has filed a foreclosure suit against an apartment building located in south suburban Chicago Ridge. According to the $6.1-million lawsuit, the owners of the 84-unit Ridgeland Court Apartments has not made a monthly payment on the apartment building in May, failed to pay outstanding bills and did not purchase the necessary insurance on the property.
