ORLANDO-Equity Investment Services has brokered a lease deal for a retail space in Oviedo. Mattress World Florida, Inc. has inked a lease for five years with Trio Investment Group, LLC for the retail space measuring 4,200 square feet in the Shoppes at Red Bug located at 7505 Red Bug Lake Road.
